Breadcrumbs on vue.js with text loading from the server?

People, can someone tell me how to set up breadcrumbs so that the end element of the crumbs loaded from the server is shown?
I use https://github.com/Scrum/vue-2-breadcrumbs
But there the title must be set in the route, i.e. the text in these elements will be static
. And I would like to do something like
