Branches of a remote git repository in vs code, I can't understand one nuance?
Opened a test project for git in vs code
vs code has a branch switch at the bottom left, local branches are shown there and the same remote
master and origin / master
when you turn on the origin branch, vs code does not indicate that this is origin and there is nothing with these branches do
Question
Is it my mistake or is it normal, why so?
Why does vs code show switching to the origin branch if you can’t do anything with it or I’m looking in the wrong place?
Is it possible to manage remote commits and branches through vs code?
