Need to be able to

• Publication of news
• There is a server on which you can put this system. In principle, we do not mind storing such information on the developer's server.
• For the price better free or inexpensive. We refuse Basecamp because it is expensive and redundant

It is desirable that the system be simple, without bells and whistles and redundant functionality. We don't need assignments, project tracking, etc. We need a unified knowledge base and the ability to communicate. Oh, and yes! Preferably in Russian, not all of our partners are strong in English.
