Brakes MacBook Air 2018???

Hello!

I have been using MBA 2018 8/128gb for 1.5 years. Basically, several messengers are open (Skype, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp), 2 safari windows with 10+ tabs, Airmail and Spotify. About half a year ago it started to lag a bit, now the brakes continue, to the point that typing in a safari or a telegram comes with a terrible delay.

I wore it to the service two days ago to clean and replace the thermal paste, they said everything was ok with the paste, they just blew the dust out.

I looked in the activity - there is this (screen below)

Xs what to do in general. I would be glad for any advice, except for tips to throw the poppy in the trash and take the plug :)

PS I'm sitting on Catalina 10.15.6
