Now you need to make a Viber and / or WhatsApp bot.
As far as I understand, these comrades closed the possibility of implementing bots as it was before.
We essentially need a mechanism when we can notify the client of the site about the readiness of his order through these messengers.
Also catch answers from these clients (well, there are those who write to bots). Of course, keeping it to yourself.
Because We are not given the opportunity to implement bots today, can you suggest services that do this?
The functionality that I described is required and preferably the price is not more than 2000-3000 rubles.

There is more or less a service for getting "API" for bots from WhatsApp: https://chat-api.com/ru/ - I used it somehow, it makes API very convenient with the help of non-official development. Almost like in Telegram, the result is a bot. But you need a developer.
And according to Viber, everything is very simple. There are "Public Accounts". The same bots work the same way through the API. Need a programmer.
If you are interested in bot constructors where you do not need to write code, then there are plenty of them, just go to Google.

And what does not work with viber? Describe the task - a feedback form of a message from the site to you in the viber
