Bot for auto account creation. How to send registration data?

I want to create a bot that will register accounts itself. The site is not important. I want to implement it using nodejs. Let's say I went to the registration site and how can I implement data entry in the fields for registration and further registration.

Is the site still unimportant? =)
In short, we either find out where the registration request goes on the site and send the request there, or we fasten some kind of headless browser and work with the registration form directly.
