Bot: attach a photo in response to a comment on the wall?

Hello. I am writing a bot in PHP.
The meaning is this: if someone leaves a comment on the post, then the bot must respond to this comment with text (done already) and a photo (here is the question).
Uploading a photo is obtained, the procedure is as follows:

• getMessagesUploadServer
  
• the upload itself
  
• saveMessagesPhoto
  

Passes successfully. But then nothing happens.
I call wall.createComment in which I specify the attachment according to the desired format (photoOWNERID_MEDIAID), but the answer is obtained without a photo.
As far as I understand, the problem may be that I use methods for messages, and then I create a comment. However, so far, no other methods like getUploadServer with a community key have given any result (just not getting a response).
