Bootstrap - why don't links work at low resolutions?

At low resolutions (below md), links stop working. Below is a code example:

On a small screen, some elements begin to cover the entire page, so links appear on a layer below them. For example, the heading Similar New Buildings in your site acquires a height of as much as 12198px.
