Hello Bootstrap Experts.
I had some difficulties, I can’t understand how to do it or rather apply it in Bootstrap 3 responsive.
1) That is, we have a Bootstrap 2 file ( bootstrap-responsive.css ) and as I understand it, it is sharpened for Bootstrap 2 with all classes and a grid, but under Bootstrap 3 I never found and did not understand how to be all that Bootstrap itself offers to connect it
and where to get this one ( bootstrap-responsive.css ) under Bootstrap 3 is not clear.
2) And if you can explain what property gives (bootstrap-responsive.css ) is also not entirely clear to me.

1. In the 3rd version, common styles and adaptability styles are combined into one. Responsive styles for each ui module/element come right after its main ones. Take a closer look at the styles.
2. bootstrap-responsive.css is only in the 2nd version. It gives adaptability to layout. Without it, elements and modules are not able to change depending on the screen.

bootstrap-responsive.css in the second version adapted the design to small screen resolutions. those. "included" all the layout features that changed depending on the resolution. this was especially useful if the site was designed not only for desktops, but also for mobile devices.
in the third version they decided to include this functionality "by default". Those. no additional styles like bootstrap-responsive.css need to be connected - everything is already included.
