The people how to properly connect Material-design-bootstrap to the project. As I understand it, you need to connect bootsrtap then mdb.css and then jquery with bootstrap.js and mdb.js (if necessary), but selectors are duplicated there. For example ".btn", "modal" b=and hundreds of others. And I just need the .row .col-md-x and btn c mdb markup, I look at the projects where both frameworks are connected, but why?

If you are talking about fezvrasta.github.io/bootstrap-material-design , then first include Bootstrap 3, then the styles from the first link, as they extend the styles of the standard Bootstrap.
In general, have you looked at MDL ( https://getmdl.io ) ? I used it in my projects, it's pretty good.
