Conclusion Where can I get the grid - the columns of which will not be 1170 in size. But 1920 Grid space.

In the builder, you can specify the base width

Apparently, you misunderstood what you were told about! The width of 1920px is the width of the canvas (all white part) and the client area is 1170px.
And if I misunderstood you, then you can customize the grid on the site
