Bootstrap, bug when using fixed menu and carousel, how to fix flicker issue?

Hi everybody! I have the following problem, when using a fixed menu and a carousel in the layout on the bootstrap, the navigation bar flickers and sometimes jumps, this all happens when using the mouse scroll. put different carousel plugins - the problem is not solved. who met with such problem help to solve.

Yesterday I found out that the problem is only on chrome, in mozilla everything works stably!
