Guys need help. I use Drupal 7 + Theme Bootstrap 3 I like everything everything is fine, but here it is one thing. IMCE wysiwyg everything is standard, I want a simple and convenient editor that for the most part will be supported by mobile devices.

For wysiwyg you can use ckeditor and bootstrapck

Most likely there is no ready-made solution, you need to write a custom module in which, using hook_element_info_alter, add your own pre_render callback and connect bootstrap-wysiwyg for the necessary text formats in it.
