Bootmrg is missing and incomprehensible connection with eSata

Pretty strange things are happening. I decided to install windows 7 on new hardware, the first oddities arose when choosing a hard drive where to install - if the eSata controller is enabled in the BIOS, then when I try to install the system on ANY hard drive (of course I was not going to install it on eSata), error 0x80300024 will be said. Well, I don’t care, I’ll turn it off now, turn it on after installation. After installation, I turned it on - bootmrg is missing, and if you turn it off again, then bootmrg will not magically appear again. The recovery command line does not help - bootrec / fixboot - the element was not found, after copying the bootmrg from the disk to the system partition, "Bootmrg is missing" disappears, but the system does not start and advises me to do a system restore. ESata is definitely working (it worked in another axis before). The question is - where is the connection between eSata and how can it overwrite the boot sector in the system? And of course - what to do?

@Napseg

to restore the bootloader, you can in recovery mode:
cd /boot
bootsect.exe /nt60 c: /mbr /force
where c: is the letter where the disk is located.
also check which disk is listed as bootable in bios.
