Boot system in virtual machine from another disk?

Good afternoon.
There are two hard drives. Each has its own system - Windows.
Is it possible to boot the system from one disk, and from another, boot the system into the virtual machine of the first disk.
So to say that both systems are available without a reboot?

Add a real disk to the virtual machine instead of a virtual one.
