After python, it is difficult to switch to languages like C#, but easier than without knowledge of Python at all.
- The C# Player's Guide (RB Whitaker) - a great book for beginners, everything is pretty detailed, lots of code examples. (Not in Russian, as far as I know)
- C# 6.0 in a Nutshell (Joseph Albahari and Ben Albahari) - a huge reference, more than 1000 pages, covers almost all areas, from syntax and basic types to interop and roslin. (available in Russian)
- C# 6.0 Pocket Reference (Joseph Albahari and Ben Albahari)
- C# 6.0 and the .NET 4.6 Framework (Andrew Troelsen) - 1600 page C# tutorial, covers BCL, WPF and ASP.NET, even cloud services, even IL. (There is an old edition of C# 5.0 and .NET 4.5 in Russian)
- C# 6.0 Cookbook (Jay Hilyard and Stephen Teilhet) - a book in the "problem-solution" format, you can go through the table of contents, find interesting problems and try to solve it yourself, but already then see the solution. The book is more likely not for beginners, but for those who are already familiar with C#. (Not in Russian, as far as I know)
There is no point in reading all the books, because. they all repeat each other to a greater extent, the difference is only in some chapters and topics discussed. Come back when you've read one of these books.
ps I do not advise taking on zemarin in the light of recent events. Follow the news.
