Blue screen when booting PC, after Ctrl+Alt+Del everything is OK?
Every time I boot up my computer, I get a blue screen. After an overload on Ctrl+Alt+Del it is loaded normally. I cannot understand the reason. It costs 2 SCSI disks.

It looks like SCSI does not have time to initialize. It is worth setting the maximum delays in the BIOS, disabling fast boot, etc.
Of course, it's hard to say here, but I would check (reconnected the memory sticks and power to the hard ones), maybe somewhere, something is not tightly connected. After power is applied, the board heats up a little and contacts better.
Does the system event log contain any events?
