Blue screen after changing values in msconfig, what to do?

Changed the values in the tab
> run
> msconfig
> general
In the startup options, I changed "Selective startup" to "Normal", now I see a blue screen on cd when I turn it on
Safe mode does not turn on, I tried
System Restore does not help either
