Blocking online video content for domain users

Good day to all.
There is a Windows Server 2008 R2 server with two network interfaces - WAN and LAN.
Installed and configured Kerio Control 7
Is it possible to block all video content, but add exceptions to a couple of sites.
Popular portals such as YouTube, VK, etc. social networks are blocked by hosts, but by content I have not found a solution for the 7th version of this product.
