The droplet was blocked because there is a lot of outgoing traffic. They sent some kind of tcpdump
And they say take everything to hell, it will be easier, but there are a lot of settings, so I would not want to do this.
Where to start an investigation?
At least to understand this pyrolysis sends or a virus to ubuntu. How to understand it?
