Blocked "anonymous" SIM card from Yandex wallet. What to do?

Hello, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
The essence of the problem:
1) There is a Yandex wallet registered to another person, communication with him is lost. The search for this person and going with him to the office of the poison immediately disappears.
2) Yandex wallet is tied to a SIM card purchased without a passport in a subway crossing.
3) This SIM card (megaphone) is blocked, there is no way to unblock it, or wait 6 months until it goes on sale again.
4) To make payments, you need a payment password, the SIM card is blocked. There are also no emergency codes and they were not issued.
Question:
What can I do to withdraw money from my wallet?

Nothing. If the wallet is issued for your passport data, then you can probably somehow come somewhere or send documents and relink the number, but I doubt that it is on your data (then why would you need an anonymous SIM card :) )

You yourself worked with the Yandex wallet in violation of all security rules, so I sympathize, but Yandex is unlikely to do anything for you.

You need to apply for linking another number - in person at the office (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk) or send it with a signature notarized: https://money.yandex.ru/doc.xml?id=523432
