Blend4web or Verge3d?

We need to create an interactive 3D environment. The essence is the following: the scene is loaded, there can be various objects on it. Together, they form a kind of workplace for a specialist in a certain subject area - meaning, for example, an aircraft control panel (many interactive levers, switches, displays, sensors, etc.), or an interactive presentation, for example, how to use a DVD player.
At the same time, when interacting with individual objects of the scene, it is necessary, if necessary, to display tooltips with a description of what it is (what kind of button, for example) and what it is intended for.
There is a very interesting example on the blend4web site, here it is https://www.blend4web.com/ru/demo/3d-interactive-e...
But the fact that most likely the developers had access to a paid SDK with examples is confusing. It is not clear whether it is realistic to understand the documentation that is on the site for a regular SDK. Maybe Verge3d is better suited for this purpose?

In my humble opinion, B4W is either dead or close to it. When the Kovelenov brothers were dumped from the project last year (or they were thrown out, I don’t know, I didn’t hold a candle), those who remained there tried to be active, but they didn’t last long. Now everything is rotten there, there are no releases, users complain that they cannot get the purchased license, and porn spammers have taken over the forum. I think there is nothing to choose here, either Verge, or look for something else.

In general, such a thing, my task is the same - to place a 3D model on the site. Today I'm testing Unity, B4W and Verge3D get the same model in Unity and Verge consumes 700 RAM and 30% of my processor when opened in the browser, and B4W only 390 and 10% of the processor. It seems to me a serious argument in favor of B4W

Also take note of https://armory3d.org/ which is now closely friends with Blender in the form of integration,
such a web demo of the game is armory3d.org/demo/twin_stick
and animations https://armory3d.org/demo/animation
others on this page https://armory3d.org/download.html

Adequate option: abandon Web solutions and use a native client.
