Blend Visual Studio 2012 error when creating projects?

Installed VS2010 Ultimate, when I try to create a project in Blend I always get this:

An error occurred while registering the application manifest:
The package failed to check for updates, dependencies, or conflicts.
Windows cannot install the blend-ec4dbe6c-06bd-41b5-a75f-7599d69c9c98 package because it depends on another package that could not be found. This package requires at least version 1.0.9200.20789 of the Microsoft.WinJS.1.0 framework published by any publisher. Provide the platform along with the package.
Fix this problem and reload the project.

I installed Update 4 for the studio, in general, all updates are up-to-date. How to fix it?
