Black screen and blinking cursor after installing Ubuntu 20.04?

I had a problem that turned me upside down now. I literally don't know what to do. I explain the situation:

I installed Ubuntu 20.04 from a USB flash drive, having previously written a boot file to it. Everything went well, Ubuntu provided the ability to change disk partitions, etc., I entered all the necessary data and started installing the OS. Everything went well, the system asked me to restart the computer. I did that and... Black screen with blinking cursor...

I'm confused, I've tried various methods to get out of this situation... But, nothing works except exit to BIOS and Ctrl+Alt+Delete just reboot. Grud is not called, terminal is not called. Nothing works.

Please tell me what should I do?

board with uefi? It is necessary to create a partition / efi during installation. 100mg is enough
