There are bases geosypex, geoip, etc.
Task:

• Set different prices for goods depending on the city
• Depending on the city, exhibit different goods (as I understand it, this is a game with warehouses)
• Display different templates depending on the city

Templates okay, not hard to make. I do not quite understand how to do the first point. Depending on the city (Moscow, Kaliningrad, Another city), you need to set different prices.
Please help with advice
