Bitrix 24. We can't attach the body of the letter to the task. If you do "create a task" from the mail, the body of the letter goes, but how can it be done differently?

There is no such mechanism in the cloud Bitrix24.
In the boxed Bitrix24, this can be done through the api mail and tasks modules.
