Don't know. It all depends on whether AD can create accounts from a csv file, taking into account the restrictions that Bitrix generates. The fact is that Bitrix24 does not even work close to BaseDN / CN and OU when exporting users, and all you can get is the user's login.
In addition, when synchronizing, you will still need to do a number of additional work: it is not enough just to copy the same data to AD and enable synchronization in B24 - it will not work, since existing users will not be linked that they are all from AD.
