1. I update the file on a shared network drive every month. The file has the same name from time to time, conditionally, "400.pdf".
2. Deals. There is a regular account, a letter template is attached to it, in which you need to insert an updated file on an automatic basis.
3. I replace files via webdav connection to a shared drive.

Sending a file in an email is the same as sending it physically in the body of the email.
I would advise you to make a public link to a folder for a specific client and paste it into the text of the letter.
Thus, everyone who receives the letter will have only 1 link where he can always download up-to-date information
