TypeError: BX.viewElementBind is not a function at HTMLDocument.
TypeError: window.BXEditor is not a constructor
This is for the forum.topic.reviews components (comments on the product) and the bitrix:main.post.form nested in it (the same vizivig editor that throws an error).
With nested components in the card, there was already a problem with scripts and styles, it was solved by adding the $component parameter to IncludeComponent(). But here is something else.

If a component is included inside the cached area of ​​another component, its styles and scripts will not be included. Does it work with cache disabled?
