Bitrix - why are additional properties not uploaded?

Hello. In the 1s program, I created additional properties in which I indicate the old price and discount. In bitrix in the admin panel, I created these additional properties (attached a screen), but after uploading these properties are empty, please tell me what could be the error or how to add properties correctly? Attached a screenshot of the import.xml file where these properties are specified.
