Bitrix search and reindexing. Why are they not working correctly?

Good afternoon! Faced a problem that occurs after unloading goods from 1s. Products are not indexed, and only if I go to the product and click apply, while not changing anything in the product itself, only then it appears in the search results.
After the next unloading 1s the situation repeats. Manual re-indexing in the search settings affects only some of the products, but not all.

Tell me what can be done in this situation?

PS while I'm thinking in the direction of CIBlockElement::UpdateSearch after updating the element. Will this work or are there already better solutions out there?

Try to look in the import settings for the option related to checksum checks, if it is checked, then the element will be checked first, and changed only if it differs from the imported one.
