In urlewrite.php , you need to add the old address format and create a page that will handle such requests. On this page, use to CComponentEngine::ParseComponentPath()get the infoblock element by ID and send it to the correct address.
Instead of a page, you can make a full-fledged complex component, which, after being configured through the interface, will itself be written to urlrewrite.php .
