Bitrix price and warehouse dependence on location?

I welcome everyone!
I'm sure this question has been discussed in many places, but I can't find anything on this topic.
What we have:
One product (simple) has several types of prices and availability in warehouses, depending on the city.
Out of the box, Bitrix can change the price of a product, if the user, for example, chooses Moscow, where is its price? And if there is no goods in stock in Moscow, then report it?
