Bitrix order exchange with 1C?

The site creates large B2B orders and is configured to exchange orders with 1C every 15 minutes.
The order does not have time to unload during this time, the next unloading starts and as a result the site hangs.
Is it possible to prescribe a condition that prohibits running the exchange script until the already launched one has completed?
