Hello. I have a problem, I can not find a decent solution where the steps are normally described, please tell me. Here is a site on Bitrix, it has an info block, where there is a simple list about the material. They decided to fill in a lot of information on this with a file, since I am a beginner, I don’t know where and how to fill it in and how to bind individual columns to certain properties. It must be filled so that the columns and rows correspond to their properties. Thanks in advance.

Admin -> Content -> Infoblocks -> Export/Import
Explore what options there might be (xml/csv) and do what you need
PS take and export the existing infoblock - then you will understand what and how to do by analogy with the received file
