Bitrix, how to organize a product catalog?

There is a product category. Jewelry, bags, clothes. And the goods have a manufacturer. And I need to filter products by manufacturer, and sometimes turn off the manufacturer and all his products.
You also need to make a manufacturer card (picture and description) and display a list of its products there.
And that the goods would be shown in the category corresponding to it (bags / jewelry, etc.).
Now I have made the manufacturer as a property, but I cannot make a card for the manufacturer.

If I make the manufacturer as a category and the product will be in two categories.
But a question arises.
How will I filter products by manufacturer in the "bags" section.
And I will sometimes need to turn off one of the manufacturers so that the product disappears. But since the product is in two categories, the product will still be shown in the second category.
