Bitrix. How to make comments on the product and the questions and answers section?

In the design there is a requirement to make comments on the product on one page in the product card. It's done.
But it is also required to make a question/answer functionality. How to make it? Advise? Initially I thought to make the same comments, but the code uses unique IDs and you will have to edit the Bitrix code a lot. Maybe there is some working functionality question answer?

If the comments are not tree-like, then the infoblock module with a link to the product is sufficient.
And I usually do the question and answer through it too. in preview_text the question, in detail_text the answer
