Bitrix how to make a property not displayed in the filter if this section is empty?

There are two different components, one is news.list which lists people by filter.
The other component is the filter itself. How to make it so that the property is not displayed in the filter if there are 0 elements in the section?
For example:
Filter - Specialization of a person - Philologist. There are 0 people in this section. How to make this property not displayed for the filter?
Now all properties that are in the admin panel are displayed for the filter, even if the section is empty
