Help me figure it out, I want to install 1C Bitrix locally, in UTF-8 encoding, but it gives an error: To install the product in UTF-8 encoding, you need to install the mbstring library with parameters mbstring.func_overload greater than 2, mbstring.internal_encoding=UTF-8
I have them I register in php.ini, save it, but still in 1C Bitrix writes that mbstring.func_overload = 0, and mbstring.internal_encoding is not set.
What can be wrong?
