Guys, it's like this. A site was made by third-party developers, but the problem is that the product catalog is not displayed on some pages under the admin. What can be done to display everything. The problem is that it is not possible to configure normal sorting from the module on these pages. I dug into the files, I did not find anywhere that there were mentions of certain categories.

Have you tried debugging components, especially before getList ? See what it outputs.
Just offhand, there can be a lot of problems and it’s hard to say without access to files and the admin panel.
