I'm trying to add my developed action to the business process (on the "Application Actions" tab).
I'm just doing an example from the documentation (to understand how it works).

I install it
through a local application, specify my local server, connect a button with an action, it appears in the business process in actions, allows you to fill in the parameters .
Everything seems to be fine - but when I then launch this business process from the document - nothing just happens. No errors, no action.
The feeling that the Bitrix simply does not see the specified HANDLER and just silently (!) Passes by)) The business process ends and that's it.
If I just run this code manually, then everything works like https/localhost/Task.php - the lead is created, the log file is created.
Can anyone come across - what are the nuances? What rights are missing (already indicated all the rights to the local application)?
What are the settings on the server? All ideas have already run out ... How to catch logs - is Bitrix HANDLER trying to work out or not ...

The matter is that "localhost" is the address only for your computer. For example, for your computer, localhost is you, for the Bitrix24 server, it is he.
In order to work with cloud Bitrix24, you need to use a web server accessible from the Internet.
