Bitris and phpMyAdmin conflict. How to fix?

Hello! I install 1C-Bitrix on Open Server. Bitrix requires enabling the mbstring.func_overload = 2 and mbstring.internal_encoding = UTF-8 parameters. After I change these settings in php.ini, phpMyAdmin throws an error:
You have enabled mbstring.func_overload in your PHP configuration. This option is incompatible with phpMyAdmin and might cause some data to be corrupted!
I couldn't find a solution on google. Maybe someone had it?
