Bitcoin, can't figure out what's in the block?

btcsec.com/transactions I came
here hoping to understand the principle of operation, this nonsense only confused me more.

The input of this transaction imports 50 BTC from output #0 of transaction f5d8...

The input, as I understand it, is a link to the hash of the last transaction.
What is exit #0?
How can I import from a previous transaction into this 50 BTC I have no idea.
Isn't the money already in my wallet after the last transfer? How can I import them? What kind of nonsense? Has the user already sent me 50 BTC to my wallet? And when I transfer money, do I indicate in my transaction a link to the previous transaction, from which I received the money and the recipient's wallet?

One transaction can distribute money to several wallets at once.
As a rule - on one, it is #0.
Imports = takes the result.
The previous transaction brought bitcoins into the wallet, the current one takes them out of the wallet.
You will gradually get used to it.
