What do you mean the BIOS is loaded indefinitely? could it be something wrong with the system? photo / video of the process in the studio.
The first step is to reset the BIOS to factory settings (the jumper on the motherboard, read the manual), turn off the disks and other unnecessary devices (actually leave the motherboard percent memory and if you can’t do without it - see it) and see what happens ... then insert a known working USB flash drive with livecd linux for example, if it does not start, there will be a reason to believe that the problem is iron.
