Binding page elements of resource A to some pages of resource B in MODX?

Hello everyone, MODX experts.
I have a question like this. I have a template (special offers) + a resource with a whole bunch of special offers. There is a template with the description of the countries. There are a lot of countries in terms of resources. The task was set as follows - you need to bind the "special offer" resource to a country and display it in a template for this country from the list of available ones.
Okay, I think. I create an additional field (tv) with a sql request for country resources, go to the special offer resource, add a country to it, and now I have in this resource.
This is where I got stuck. How to filter the resource "spain" = tv "spain", etc. I have no idea at all. Please help me. all karma)
