Binding a task to a registered user?

Hello everyone) Tell me in which direction to dig, to implement such a task.
There is a site with standard posts going in a cycle on the main page. Each post has a button leading to another resource (it is different in each post).
How to make it so that for a registered user, after clicking on the button, this post is removed from the cycle on the main page and appears in a category, for example, "Passed"?
Those. for each user, a list of completed ones is formed, and they are removed from the main one.

@Galyanoff

if there are more posts than users, then make a field for the post in which to record the users who viewed it.
If there are more users than posts, then for each user make an additional field in which to store the posts passed.
