Binary data in tortoisesvn patch: how?

How to add binary data (e.g. jpeg, png, doc, zip) to a patch using tortoisesvn? It is very inconvenient to apply them as an archive to a patch.

In the TortoiseSVN settings , you can set your programs for diff/merge (see section "Diff/Merge Advanced Settings"). You can use bsdiff/bspatch as these .
