But you never know these bill acceptors! It has documentation, there are either examples in some language, or at least information about which channel is used (usually COM ports) and a description of the protocol, if you can’t figure it out and make it work, then consider yourself incompetent.
Yes, and turn on the logic: if someone found, then why are you worse?
As a last resort, reverse engineering is done, but I can’t imagine how you can lose the documentation, so much so that the manufacturer refuses to issue it, isn’t it easier to purchase a new bill acceptor?

I think he works on ICT-002? If so, then the protocol is in principle the simplest.
