BigBlueButton when turning on the webcam error "media could not contact the server (error 1020)", who faced this?

BigBlueButton

Installed fresh BigBlueButton 2.2 on clean Ubuntu 16.04 (server behind NAT)
Installed with script: wget -qO- https://ubuntu.bigbluebutton.org/bbb-install.sh | bash -s -- -v xenial-22 -s bbb.example.ru -e [email protected] -g
Port forwarded to server: 80, 443, 1935, 9123 and UDP range: 16384-32768
In /etc/ config kurento/modules/kurento/WebRtcEndpoint.conf.ini specified the STUN server and port as requested by the developer:
stunServerAddress=173.194.199.127
stunServerPort=19302

Everything works, presentation recording, sound, except for the camera, I turn it on and gives out: the media could not contact the server (error 1020)

Who solved such a problem? Thanks in advance

Kind. I also forwarded the TCP range: 16384-32768, maybe this will help.
