Big integer limit?

I'm walking down the street, and suddenly a bird flies up and whispers in my ear: "big integer stores uint[] digits". This is where I thought. There are a lot of bits, but their number is limited, because the length of the array is set to 32 bits. It turns out that after all there is some kind of restriction on big ibnteger in c#?
